Commander Airway
Press White Key to display the main menu
Press White Key to Scroll Down to “Settings”
Press Green Key to Select Sel
Press White Key to Scroll Down to “Controller”
Press Green Key to Select Sel
Enter the system password (default 0000)
Press Green Key to Select OK
Press White Key to Scroll Down to “Time & Date”
Press Green Key to Select OK
Press the Red key to delete current time
Enter the Time in 24 hour clock format EG: 0930 = 9.30am, 1724 = 5.24pm
Press Green Key to Select OK and confirm
If change of date is required follow on, if date correct press
Press the Red key to delete current time
Enter the date in DD MM YY  EG: Enter 15 August 2005 as 150805
Press Green Key to Select OK and confirm
Press the Red key to return to standby

The Time and Date can only be changed at Station 10 and this updates all stations on system:
Press the [ SPKR]  key
Press the [ SET ] key
Press the [ CLOCK ] key
Dial the year ( eg. 2000 )
 Press [ * ]
Dial in the Month & Day: Four digits – MMDD eg.  0828 = 28th September
Press [ * ]
Dial the day of the week 0 – Sunday 1 – Monday 2 – Tuesday 3 – Wednesday  4 Thursday 5 – Friday 6 – Saturday
Press [ * ]
Dial in the time in 24 hour time (four digits 1315 = 1.15pm)
Time & Date eg. = 1.15pm Monday 28th September 2000
Press [ * ]
Press the [ SPKR ] key

Command Connect
When entering into programming mode do not lift the receiver
From the Programming Station press the Programming Key
Press the Scroll Down Key until System Programming is displayed
Select System Programming (using grey menu key next to display)
Enter the System Programming Password – 1111.
Select System (using grey menu key next to display)
Select Time and Date (using grey menu key next to display)
Enter the correct time in 24-hour format, (e.g. 1:30pm as 1330). The display will prompt for date to be entered
Enter in the correct date in DDMMYY format, (e.g. 1 January 2001, 010101) The display will now revert back to programming menu.
Press [HANDSFREE] key to finish programming.
Note: Following a system reset, the time shown will be 12:00 with the date 01-01-99.
In the event of a power failure, you will need to reset the time and date.

Commander Elite
When entering into programming mode do not lift the receiver
Press Feature Key and dial 9#
Dial Time eg: 0900
Press Recall Key to change AM/PM
Press hold key
Press Recall key to change Mon-Sun then #
Dial Date (01 to 31)
Press Recall Key to change Month then #
Dial Year eg:02
Press Feature Key

Commander HX 308 / 616 / 1224
Press the [ # ] key                                          
Dial 55                        
Dial the new Date & Time.
The display scrolls to the left as the digits are entered.
YY The Year ( 06 )
MM The month ( 01 – 12 )
DD Day of month ( 01 – 31)
W The day of the Week
0 – Sunday
1 – Monday
2 – Tuesday
3 – Wednesday
4 – Thursday
5 – Friday
4 – Saturday
HH The hour of the day ( 00 – 23 )
MM The minute of the hour ( 00 – 59 )
For date & time 1.15pm Monday 28th September 2000 you should enter: 00082811315   
Press the [ # ] key

Commander I + 408
The following programming procedures can be performed at any Commander I+ keystation, provided that the Administration password or the Installation password is entered.
Press [i] to enter programming mode.
01: Repertory
Dial 04 to go to the Administration menu.
04: Admin
Press [i] to confirm.
Pass:
If the password is incorrect, re-enter correct password or press [RLS] twice to exit.
Enter four digit administration password and press [i] twice. Password = 0000
Pass:****
Enter time in twenty-four hour format, using four digits (two for the hour followed by two for the minutes).
>1624
Press [i] to store new time.
01aSet Time: 16:24
Press [RLS] twice to exit.

Commander Vision
When entering into programming mode do not lift the receiver
From the Programming Station press the [P] Programming Key
Press the Scroll Down Key [6] until System Programming is displayed
Select System Programming (using grey menu key next to display)
Enter the System Programming Password – 1111
Select System (using grey menu key next to display)
Select Time and Date (using grey menu key next to display)
Enter the correct time in 24-hour format, (e.g. 1:30pm as 1330)
The display will prompt for date to be entered
Enter in the correct date in DDMMYY format, (e.g. 1 January 2001, 010101)
The display will now revert back to programming menu.
Press [HANDSFREE] key to finish programming.
