• Standard Call Out Rates $150 Ex. GST* (for onsite and the first 15 Minutes)
• $37.50 Ex. GST* (subsequent quarter of a hour rate)
• Ex. GST* - all rates exclude GST.
• Standard Non Contracts Customers attendance turn around attendance up to 3-5 working days. Or Scheduled as Agreed.
• Existing Customers Maintenance all SLA's are as per Contracts
• Business Hours and 24/7 Support

• Customer will incur costs of any materials used to carry out the agreed works.
• At all Stages for any variations to the said works it should be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
