What's New With This Release
A significant number of the new features within Compact Contact Center V5 increase the level of integration between IP Office and Microsoft CRM by providing greater flexibility in terms of reporting capabilities that empower businesses with the information they need to enhance any customer service operation. CCC V5 now supports Crystal Reports—an intuitive reporting toolkit that helps provide a fast, flexible way to transform and present data in Web and Windows applications for a dynamic, interactive end-user experience. In addition to the 75 existing pre-defined reports being converted into Crystal Reports format, the CCC V5 reporting package includes the ability to create three custom reports.

VoiceMail Pro allows for message handling for individuals or groups, providing information to callers, assisting the operator during periods of heavy call activity and more by including a powerful voice processing system and an easy to use graphical user interface - the 'VoiceMail Pro Manager'. This application also allows VoiceMail Pro to dial back users, internally or externally, as soon as a voicemail message is left for them. It provides security, by prompting for a PIN code should a user wish to change their Forwarding or Follow Me number from an external telephone. The call flow can easily be customized, enabling customers to break out of a mailbox to speak to a receptionist or secretary.

Assisted Transfer allows transfer of a call to a destination, but allows the call to return to VoiceMail Pro automatically for other options should the called party be engaged, or not answer within a pre-determined time.

Personal Numbering offers users the ability to remotely turn their voicemail on or off, set their email forwarding , edit their call forwarding and follow me numbers. The Avaya IP Office PhoneManager application lets users control their telephones from their PCs. Information such as caller identification, number dialled by the caller, call history, and queue monitoring can be available to every employee.

Phone Manager is a software package that can be installed on as many PCs as required and acts purely as an ASSITANT to the telephone. It does not replace the telephone on the desk but empowers the user to gain greater features at the click of a mouse.
