The Avaya J159 IP Phone (700512394) is a high-performing IP Phone that has a small form factor packed with lots of feature buttons and addresses the everyday voice communications needs of its users. It features primary and secondary color displays, 4 softkeys, 10 buttons with dual LEDs (Red and Green), 48 administrative buttons, high-definition audio quality, full duplex speakerphone, integrated Gigabit Ethernet interface, headset support, and optional Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Avaya J159 IP Phone is compatible with Avaya Aura® 6.2 FP4, Avaya IP Office™ 11.0.4.2, Avaya One Cloud 11.0.4.2, and Avaya Approved Third Party Platforms. It leverages your enterprise IP network to deliver sophisticated voice communications from headquarters, remote locations, or home offices. It simplifies call control on the display using softkeys such as transfer, conference and forwarding. Aside from this, it has quick access to the corporate directory and enables high speed call handling through fixed feature keys including hold, transfer, conference, and redial. The handset has a built-in volume boost for the hearing impaired. It accommodates advanced unified communications solutions through Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). It has an integrated RJ9 headset port with Electronic Hook Switch (EHS). The Avaya J159 IP Phone supports reduced energy consumption and lower costs through PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) Class 1 design with “sleep mode”. An optional 5V power supply unit can be purchased separately for locations where PoE is not available or suitable and when Wireless Module is in use.
