The Avaya J100 Series IP Phone Wireless Module (700512402) is an optional plug-in hardware module that is ideal for use with the Avaya J129, J159, J179, and K155 IP Phones in situations where wired Ethernet is not available. It can be used on tradeshows, retail, work-at-home, and transient or pop-up locations. It provides WLAN connectivity for the Avaya J129 and J159 IP Phones and WLAN or Bluetooth connectivity for the Avaya J179 and K155 IP Phones.

Avaya J100 Series IP Phone Wireless Module allows operation with Bluetooth wireless headsets for ease of use with a 10-meter range. Status icon shows on phone screen top line when Bluetooth is enabled. When WLAN is in use, the secondary PC port is not active, and Icon shows on phone screen top line. WLAN functionality requires the use of J100 SIP 2.0 or higher. Bluetooth functionality requires the use of J100 SIP 4.0.0 or later software. The Avaya J100 Wireless Module is not supported with Deskphone H.323 software. It is supported on Avaya IP Office 11.0.4 or higher.
