Avaya IP Office Receptionist User (SoftConsole) (License Model: 171987) provides a visual PC interface for call handling and management for multiple sites and enables a user to use IP Office SoftConsole (a Windows PC application intended for receptionists and operators).
Avaya IP Office Receptionist User also is to aid receptionists / operators to manage high call volume from their PCs (Streamline call handling with easy point-and-click call controls). Featuring with a list of incoming calls / call status displays on the PC screen (with a display script on the screen that the receptionist can read to answer the phone for different types of callers), integrate with commonly used database software, monitor all office extensions (can also see information on call queues such as how long a caller has been on hold in a queue and can pull a caller from the queue) and can have one receptionist provide coverage for multiple offices (can also deliver more information to users by transferring calls with message delivered on display of the user's phone).

Note: Avaya IP Office Receptionist User, the receptionist can control a phone through the computer by dragging and dropping to transfer a call, see who is on the phone with Presence settings, see how long a caller has been on hold, and see which users have a voicemail message waiting (using Receptionist Onex Portal).

- Receptionist can also deliver more information to users by transferring calls with message delivered on display of the user's phone (i.e., angry customer, customer with order, priority caller, etc.)
- Receptionist can also see information on call queues such as how long a caller has been on hold in a queue and can pull a caller from the queue
- Up to 8 queue groups can be configured and labelled for a specific hunt group
- Display a script on the screen that the receptionist can read to answer the phone for different types of callers
- Ideal solution for a centralized receptionist who needs to see the status of callers at other Avaya IP Office Phone System sites with up to 10 tabs with 100 icons on each page for user status = 1000 users
