Avaya DECT IP Radio Base Station Version 3 with Internal Antenna (700511086) is an IP-DECT based radio transceiver for the Avaya DECT R4 wireless system with an internal antenna. The Radio Base Station connects to Avaya IP500 V2 control unit via IP and to wireless handsets via DECT and supports up to eight simultaneous calls. This has 2 integral internal aerials for directional pattern of radio coverage which cannot be adjusted.

The Avaya DECT IP Radio Base Station Version 3 requires IP Office 5.0 or higher and available VCM channels. This also requires Avaya SARI certificate once per DECT installation to identify the system which is sold separately. This is compatible with Avaya 3720, 3725, 3740, and 3749 wireless handsets. A maximum of 32 base stations permitted per system. The base station can be powered using IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet or an optional external power supply unit where PoE is not available.
