The IP Office License R6 CCR Agent 1 User for Advanced Edition (Part number: 217650) allow the configuration of users as CCR agents / Customer Service Agent Reports. It supply them with a web browser interface to view key statistics in real-time and also allows supervisor to track their performance with IP Office Customer Call Reporter.
*Reports may be run manually or scheduled which features user’s can check their own performance daily with real time reports “Agent Performance Indicator in Agent Time Card Report”, ability to customize reports, with real time reporting enhancements, and Enhanced Statistical Reporting.
IP Office License R6 CCR Agent 1 User for Advanced Edition, targeted at employees who are responsible for fielding customer service calls (Component of Avaya IP Office ACD Reporting Software - ACD Reporting on entire groups requires the purchase of Customer Service Supervisor License and CCR Agent Licenses for each Agent - CCR Supervisors can pull group reports on all CCR Agents).
*Compatibility with IP500 and IP500 V2 systems
Note: This agent license also allows a user to set alarms for internal and external calls or to use IP Office Customer Call Reporter (Multiple licenses can be added for Up to 150 agents can be licensed on IP Office Customer Call Reporter).
