The Avaya BM32 Button Module (Part number: 700415573) offers 32 additional buttons with dual LEDs (red / green - the display on all phone models is backlit for easier viewing in all lighting conditions to give explicit status for the user) to the Avaya 1616 IP Phone (up to 2 button modules can be connected to a single 1616 IP phone and 1151D1 required when connecting more than One BM32). The total number of BM32 button modules supported on one IP Office system is 16, subject to the total system limits.

The Avaya BM32 Button Module is compatible with IP Office R4.2 or higher and Avaya Communication Manager R3.0 or higher (For a familiar look and feel, these telephones include several fixed feature keys for common telephone tasks including conference, transfer, drop, hold and mute).

*The BM32 buttons cannot be used for appearance functions such as call and line appearance buttons.

Note: Avaya BM32 Button Module does not require additional power supply; power is drawn from 1616 / 1616-I telephone that is either powered via PoE or 5V external power supply. (Designed for "Navigator" users - receptionists, assistants, managers)
