The Avaya Button Module 12 (BM12) (Part number: 700480643) incorporate with 24 additional buttons (Buttons can be used for additional lines for incoming calls, outgoing calls, and calling features) using two pages (Page left / right allows scrolling to next 2 pages, providing up to 36 programmable buttons) of 12 call appearances (with 12 dual red / green LED buttons - Line buttons with On / Off LEDs for call appearances and features).

Or Avaya Button Module 12 (BM12) button module (NOT regular modules - requires an IP Office phone system to operate) extends the number of call appearances and feature buttons on user’s telephone (module comes in one color only-Black).

*Avaya BM12 Button Module is always proprietary and must be used on the Avaya IP Office phone system.
