Avaya B179 SIP Conference Phone POE Only No AC Power with 3PCC (700513322) is an enterprise-level communication solution for small to large companies. It provides great voice quality and reliable voice communications for board rooms and large conference rooms with groups greater than 10 people. The B179 SIP Conference Phone helps improve employee productivity and collaboration between customers, partners, and suppliers. It has the OmniSound® audio technology feature which provides powerful crystal-clear conversations. The built-in omnidirectional microphone provides 320 sq. feet of coverage. An optional expansion microphones increase coverage and number of participants up to 750 sq ft which you can purchase separately.

The SIP-based conference phone is powered by 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE). An Optional power adapter can be purchased separately. A conference guide helps you set up multi-party calls with the touch of a button. Import and export contact details conveniently via the web interface. An optional wireless headset connection and PA system can be purchased separately to meet the sound requirements for larger groups. It also has LDAP External directory support and 1000 Entry Phone book features. Record your meetings and conference calls to an SD memory card for archiving and future use. The Avaya B179 SIP Conference Phone is supported on IP Office 7.0 or higher. It requires Essential Edition, available voice compression channels, and available Avaya IP Endpoint license. It is also supported by Avaya Aura (Communication Manager 6.0.1 with Session Manager 6.1), Avaya Communication Server 1000 6.0 or higher, Avaya Communication Manager 5.0 and 5.2.1 with SES 5.2.1, and Interoperability - SIP 2.0, RfC3261 and companion RFCS.
